Laissez refroidir et d\u00e9coupez le poulet en morceaux. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"840\">\n<p data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"840\"><strong data-start=\"658\" data-end=\"677\">Faire des boulettes de viande<\/strong><br data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"680\">M\u00e9langez la viande hach\u00e9e avec l&rsquo;\u0153uf, un peu de chapelure, du poivre et du sel. Formez de petites boulettes et faites-les cuire bri\u00e8vement dans de l&rsquo;eau chaude ou du bouillon jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient cuites. Egouttez-les.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"1052\">\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1052\"><strong data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"866\">Pr\u00e9paration de la sauce (roux)<\/strong><br data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"869\">Faites fondre le beurre dans une po\u00eale. Ajoutez l&rsquo;\u00e9chalote et laissez-la devenir glac\u00e9e. Ajoutez la farine et remuez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un roux (de couleur jaune clair, pas marron). Laissez cuire pendant une minute.   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1054\" data-end=\"1200\">\n<p data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1200\"><strong data-start=\"1057\" data-end=\"1074\">Terminer la sauce<\/strong><br data-start=\"1074\" data-end=\"1077\">Ajouter le bouillon tout en remuant. R\u00e9duisez pour obtenir une sauce onctueuse. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et assaisonnez de sel et de poivre.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1363\">\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1363\"><strong data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1231\">Ajoutez les ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><br data-start=\"1231\" data-end=\"1234\">Ajoutez les morceaux de poulet, les boulettes de viande et les champignons \u00e0 la sauce. Laissez cuire doucement pendant un moment pour que les saveurs se m\u00e9langent. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1528\">\n<p data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1528\"><strong data-start=\"1368\" data-end=\"1380\">Servez<\/strong><br data-start=\"1380\" data-end=\"1383\">Faites chauffer les moules \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie selon l&#8217;emballage. Remplissez-les de vol-au-vent et garnissez-les de persil frais.
