Faites-les frire pendant 2 \u00e0 3 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient roses. Laissez les tomates ramollir et lib\u00e9rer leur liquide. Cela prend environ 5 \u00e0 7 minutes. Si la sauce est trop \u00e9paisse, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de vin blanc ou de fumet de poisson.   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1495\">\n<p data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1495\"><strong data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1323\">Assaisonnez selon votre go\u00fbt :<\/strong> Ajoutez du sucre, du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt.
