En Belgique, la culture de l&rsquo;asperge blanche est surtout connue dans des r\u00e9gions comme le Limbourg et la Campine. Commencez par la peau du bas et remontez vers le haut. Veillez \u00e0 bien retirer les pelures, surtout pour les morceaux les plus \u00e9pais.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"775\" data-end=\"839\">\n<p data-start=\"777\" data-end=\"839\">Coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s dures des asperges (environ 2-3 cm).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"843\" data-end=\"928\">\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"928\">Mettez une grande casserole d&rsquo;eau sur le feu, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"930\" data-end=\"1190\">\n<p data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"952\"><strong data-start=\"933\" data-end=\"952\">Cuisson des asperges :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1190\">\n<li data-start=\"956\" data-end=\"1138\">\n<p data-start=\"958\" data-end=\"1138\">Placez d\u00e9licatement les asperges dans l&rsquo;eau bouillante et faites-les cuire pendant 10 \u00e0 12 minutes, en fonction de leur \u00e9paisseur.
