Neuhaus \u00e9tait un pharmacien qui poss\u00e9dait \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine une pharmacie \u00e0 Bruxelles. Il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 utiliser le chocolat pour emballer des m\u00e9dicaments. Plus tard, il d\u00e9cida de vendre du chocolat comme friandise et mit au point la premi\u00e8re praline, un morceau de chocolat fourr\u00e9 (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de cr\u00e8me ou de nougat). Neuhaus devint si c\u00e9l\u00e8bre qu&rsquo;il ouvrit sa propre chocolaterie, la boutique Neuhaus, dans le quartier des Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert \u00e0 Bruxelles. Son invention de la praline a transform\u00e9 l&rsquo;industrie chocolati\u00e8re belge et a fait conna\u00eetre le pays dans le monde entier comme producteur de chocolat de qualit\u00e9. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la praline est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme le symbole du chocolat belge et de nombreuses villes belges, en particulier Bruxelles, sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme le centre de la culture de la praline. La Belgique jouit d&rsquo;une solide r\u00e9putation en tant que patrie de la praline, qui est devenue un produit important pour l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie locale et le tourisme.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"67\" data-end=\"84\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"424\">\n<li data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"124\">\n<p data-start=\"87\" data-end=\"124\">200 g de chocolat noir (min. 70% de cacao)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"125\" data-end=\"146\">\n<p data-start=\"127\" data-end=\"146\">100 g de chocolat au lait<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"147\" data-end=\"198\">\n<p data-start=\"149\" data-end=\"198\">50 g de chocolat blanc (facultatif, pour la d\u00e9coration)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"199\" data-end=\"221\">\n<p data-start=\"201\" data-end=\"221\">50 g de cr\u00e8me (cr\u00e8me fouett\u00e9e)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"279\">\n<p data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"279\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre (facultatif, pour une texture plus lisse)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"385\">\n<p data-start=\"282\" data-end=\"385\">100 g de noix hach\u00e9es (par exemple, noisettes, amandes ou pistaches, selon votre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"424\">\n<p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"424\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sucre glace (facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"426\" data-end=\"446\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"1837\">\n<li data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"749\">\n<p data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"749\"><strong data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"473\">Faites fondre<\/strong> le chocolat : hachez le chocolat en petits morceaux. Faites fondre le chocolat noir et le chocolat au lait ensemble dans un bol r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur au-dessus d&rsquo;une casserole d&rsquo;eau chaude (au bain-marie). Remuez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter que le chocolat ne br\u00fble. Si n\u00e9cessaire, ajoutez une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre pour plus de brillance et d&rsquo;onctuosit\u00e9.   <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"1037\">\n<p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1037\"><strong data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"773\">Pr\u00e9parer la garniture<\/strong>: dans un autre bol, faire chauffer doucement la cr\u00e8me jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elle commence \u00e0 bouillir. Ajoutez la cr\u00e8me petit \u00e0 petit au chocolat fondu, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange devienne bien lisse. Si vous souhaitez une garniture plus souple, vous pouvez ajouter un peu de sucre glace et bien m\u00e9langer.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1039\" data-end=\"1247\">\n<p data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1247\"><strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1061\">Ajoutez les noix<\/strong>: Faites griller bri\u00e8vement les noix hach\u00e9es dans une po\u00eale s\u00e8che jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient dor\u00e9es et parfum\u00e9es. Laissez-les refroidir avant de les ajouter \u00e0 la garniture. Incorporez les noix au m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me au chocolat.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1471\">\n<p data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1471\"><strong data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1278\">Fa\u00e7onner les chocolats<\/strong>: Remplissez un moule \u00e0 pralines (ou un bac \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons) avec le m\u00e9lange de chocolat.
