Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un plat froid compos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de pommes de terre, de lard, de laitue et de vinaigrette, mais il peut varier en fonction de la r\u00e9gion ou des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles. Ce plat est souvent servi comme accompagnement ou comme repas l\u00e9ger. Les origines de la salade li\u00e9geoise remontent \u00e0 la cuisine belge traditionnelle, dont beaucoup ont \u00e9t\u00e9 influenc\u00e9es par la culture agricole de la r\u00e9gion. Les pommes de terre, qui sont devenues populaires en Europe aux XVIIIe et XIXe si\u00e8cles, \u00e9taient un ingr\u00e9dient de base dans de nombreux plats belges, dont la salade li\u00e9geoise.    <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"166\" data-end=\"183\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"465\">\n<li data-start=\"184\" data-end=\"240\">\n<p data-start=\"186\" data-end=\"240\">200 g de laitue m\u00e9lang\u00e9e (par exemple, roquette ou laitue iceberg)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"264\">\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"264\">2 \u0153ufs durs<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"265\" data-end=\"284\">\n<p data-start=\"267\" data-end=\"284\">100 g de morceaux de bacon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"310\">\n<p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"310\">1 petit oignon (facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"311\" data-end=\"331\">\n<p data-start=\"313\" data-end=\"331\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de moutarde<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"361\">\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"361\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de vin blanc<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"362\" data-end=\"385\">\n<p data-start=\"364\" data-end=\"385\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"386\" data-end=\"412\">\n<p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"412\">Sel et poivre \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"465\">\n<p data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"465\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sucre (pour la vinaigrette, facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"467\" data-end=\"481\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"1165\">\n<li data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"619\">\n<p data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"619\"><strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"501\">Faites frire le bacon :<\/strong> Faites frire les cubes de bacon dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen-vif jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants. Egouttez-les sur une assiette recouverte de papier absorbant. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"729\">\n<p data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"729\"><strong data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"644\">Cuisson des \u0153ufs :<\/strong> Faites cuire les \u0153ufs durs (environ 10 minutes), \u00e9calez-les et coupez-les en quartiers ou en tranches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"731\" data-end=\"889\">\n<p data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"889\"><strong data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"756\">Pr\u00e9parez la vinaigrette :<\/strong> M\u00e9langez la moutarde, le vinaigre, l&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive, le sel, le poivre et \u00e9ventuellement le sucre dans un bol. Fouettez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la vinaigrette soit bien m\u00e9lang\u00e9e. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"891\" data-end=\"1070\">\n<p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1070\"><strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"918\">Assemblez la salade :<\/strong> R\u00e9partissez la laitue dans des assiettes. Ajoutez les \u0153ufs durs et les morceaux de bacon. Si vous utilisez un oignon, coupez-le en fines rondelles et ajoutez-le \u00e9galement.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1165\">\n<p data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1165\"><strong data-start=\"1075\" data-end=\"1098\">Ajoutez la vinaigrette :<\/strong> Versez la vinaigrette sur la salade et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1167\" data-end=\"1330\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Servez la salade imm\u00e9diatement comme d\u00e9jeuner ou comme plat d&rsquo;accompagnement. Vous pouvez \u00e9galement varier la salade li\u00e9geoise en y ajoutant des pommes de terre bouillies ou des tomates, par exemple.
