Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un plat en cocotte particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pendant les mois d&rsquo;hiver. Elle est compos\u00e9e de pommes de terre, de reblochon, de lardons, d&rsquo;oignons et d&rsquo;un peu de vin blanc. Riche et rassasiant, ce plat est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 donner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 ceux qui traversent les Alpes, souvent dans le froid. L&rsquo;histoire du fromage Herv\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s ancienne. Il \u00e9tait \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine fabriqu\u00e9 par les agriculteurs de la r\u00e9gion des Ardennes belges et est d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9 dans des documents datant du Moyen \u00c2ge. Il est connu pour son odeur forte, que beaucoup trouvent d\u00e9sagr\u00e9able, mais que d&rsquo;autres appr\u00e9cient pour sa saveur profonde. C&rsquo;est un fromage qui est principalement consomm\u00e9 localement, mais qui est de plus en plus propos\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle internationale.       <\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"411\" data-end=\"428\">Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"659\">\n<li data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"447\">\n<p data-start=\"431\" data-end=\"447\">1 kg de pommes de terre<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"467\">\n<p data-start=\"450\" data-end=\"467\">200 g de morceaux de bacon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"486\">\n<p data-start=\"470\" data-end=\"486\">1 oignon, hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"487\" data-end=\"517\">\n<p data-start=\"489\" data-end=\"517\">2 gousses d&rsquo;ail press\u00e9es<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"547\">\n<p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"547\">300 g de fromage de Herve, en tranches<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"548\" data-end=\"570\">\n<p data-start=\"550\" data-end=\"570\">200 ml de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"608\">\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"608\">100 ml de vin blanc sec (facultatif)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"635\">\n<p data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"635\">Sel et poivre \u00e0 volont\u00e9<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"636\" data-end=\"659\">\n<p data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"659\">Beurre pour graisser<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"675\">Pr\u00e9paration :<\/h3>\n<ol data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"1964\">\n<li data-start=\"676\" data-end=\"854\">\n<p data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"854\"><strong data-start=\"679\" data-end=\"700\">Faites cuire les pommes de terre<\/strong>: \u00c9pluchez les pommes de terre et faites-les cuire dans une grande casserole avec de l&rsquo;eau et du sel pendant 10 \u00e0 15 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;elles soient tendres. \u00c9gouttez-les et coupez-les en tranches. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"1045\">\n<p data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"1045\"><strong data-start=\"861\" data-end=\"882\">Faites frire le bacon et l&rsquo;oignon<\/strong>: Faites frire les morceaux de bacon dans une grande po\u00eale sans huile ni beurre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient croustillants. Ajoutez l&rsquo;oignon et l&rsquo;ail et faites-les revenir pendant quelques minutes jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils soient glac\u00e9s. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1239\">\n<p data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1239\"><strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1080\">Ajoutez le vin (facultatif<\/strong>) : Ajoutez le vin blanc au m\u00e9lange de bacon et d&rsquo;oignons et laissez cuire quelques minutes pour que l&rsquo;alcool s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore. Ajoutez du sel et du poivre selon votre go\u00fbt. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1241\" data-end=\"1432\">\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1432\"><strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1274\">Cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche et fromage de Herve<\/strong>: Incorporez la cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche au m\u00e9lange bacon-oignons et remuez bien. Coupez le fromage de Herve en tranches et m\u00e9langez-le d\u00e9licatement pour qu&rsquo;il fonde bien. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1678\">\n<p data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1678\"><strong data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1461\">Construire un<\/strong> plat \u00e0 four : graisser un plat \u00e0 four et placer une couche de tranches de pommes de terre cuites dans le fond. R\u00e9partissez une partie du m\u00e9lange bacon-oignon sur les pommes de terre. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration avec le reste des pommes de terre et le m\u00e9lange bacon-oignon.  <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1680\" data-end=\"1839\">\n<p data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1839\"><strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1693\">Cuisson<\/strong>: placez le plat de cuisson dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 180\u00b0C et faites cuire la tartiflette pendant 20-25 minutes, ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit joliment dor\u00e9 et bouillonnant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1964\">\n<p data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1964\"><strong data-start=\"1844\" data-end=\"1856\">Service<\/strong>: Laissez la tartiflette refroidir quelques minutes avant de la servir.
